KEYS
Fido’s Day Out prefers to keep client keys on file to simplify arrangements for future visits.
____I release my house keys to Fido’s Day Out to retain on file, in a secured location, for future services. I may revoke this release at any time, at which time my keys will be returned.
____I give Fido’s Day Out permission to permanently mark my key(s) for identification purposes.
____I would like Fido’s Day Out to return my house keys after the current service is completed. I understand there will be a $5 charge for key pickup for future services.
This agreement will remain valid for future service, with the exception of any agreed changes with the individual client.
The client agrees to the following:
• The client understands that their pet must have a local veterinarian and be up to date on all vaccinations.
• The client understands that their pet must have current tags/microchip for identification.
• Fido’s Day Out reserves the right to take your pet to the vet if necessary. The client is responsible for any applicable charges.
• Fido’s Day Out is not responsible for the death of a dog should it die of natural causes. If a dog should die under Fido’s care naturally the client accepts full responsibility.
• Fido’s Day Out does not accept aggressive animals. The client is responsible for any damage done by their pet.
• Fido’s Day Out must receive cancellations 24 hours prior to service or the client will be charged in full for that particular service.
• Payment of service is done on a monthly basis. All payments are due on the last day of the month. Payments received later than that will have a $10 late fee per day.
• Fido’s Day Out reserves the right to deny service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situation.

All payments are due at the time of service for pet sitting services and occassional dog walks. Regular clients will be billed on a monthly basis. Fido's charges $10 per day each payment is late.
